Collection of Information
Information shared on the Website by User while creating a user account:
Depending on how the User uses the Website, we may ask the User to share personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") with us. Personal information includes any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the User. We shall be capturing the following information while setting up your profile, such as :

- Phone Number;
- Complete Address.

You may have to pair your mobile phone with the ENA App to use and control the products offered by ENA. Any information captured by the products such as room temperature, humidity, voltage and current measurement is processed within the product. Once you setup your account and it is paired with your ENA Product, you shall be able to remotely view and control your Product from anywhere on the internet via the ENA App.
Usage of Information
We use your information to closely check and monitor which Services or features are used most and determine which services or features we need to focus on improving, including usage patterns.
- To ship the products on your doorsteps in the event purchased form our online stores.
- To connect ENA devices with certain Third-party devices so that you can control and monitor them.
- To generate reports on energy usage or other related information.
- To drive market insights. We use Analytics Information to analyze the market and conduct business analyses related to the Website/App and our features and Services.
- To improve the Website/App and the Service. We use Analytics Information to improve our existing and develop new services and offerings and customize existing and future product offerings.
- To secure our systems and services, we use Analytics Information to secure our systems by identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities and otherwise protecting the information we collect.
- To provide you with customer support in order to fulfill our contracts with Users.
- To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Website/App.
- To provide, develop and improve ENA and its services, including making assessments and recommendations about the Service.
- To notify about changes to our Website/App or any services that we offer or provide through it.
