We are looking to hire a Sales/BD professional to grow our ENASTAT sales. This position is excellent for an individual that thrives on finding and making new connections to potential high-value customers. You must love to listen to customers and bridge the gap between customer needs and the ENA team. This position reports directly to the company owner.


Job responsibilities:

  • Formulating and improving sales strategy toward high volume sales
  • Tracking and reporting critical sales data in CRMs
  • Giving client presentations and proposals and following up on that
  • Work directly with ENA team to identify and target market needs
  • Prospect, connect and build relationships with decision-makers at companies that can benefit most from ENA’s unique solution.
  • Understands how to best effectively communicate the potential value of ENA’s solution.

 What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years in Sales or Business Development experience
  • Energetic, upbeat, and highly motivated self-starter, enjoys taking new challenges, and comfortable working in a team and solo.
  • Strong hunting skills with a focus on building new business.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill set.
  • Comfortable with MS suite and CRMs software

A plus:

  • Extensive experience working as a sales consultant/executive/account manager in a high volume, short cycle, B2B environment.  
  • Existing network within HVAC, industrial, commercial real estate or distribution areas.
